We wanted to write to you directly to inform you of the safety procedures we have in place, following on from the continued outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) to ensure we are prepared for all scenarios.
The safety and wellbeing of both our customers and our teams is our number one priority and we are closely following and adhering to all advice given from the Public Health England guidelines.
The following measures have been put in place to ensure our staff and customers are as safe as possible:
- Frequent sanitising of all equipment
- All team members to wash their hands and/or use hand sanitiser frequently
- All staff to keep a close eye on all their team members to ensure they are fit and healthy
- If any of our staff feel unwell, they will be instructed to stay at home and follow the instructions provided by Government.
Business will continue as usual unless the safety of our staff and customers are compromised in which case, we will contact you directly to advise. As most of our work is outside, direct contact can be avoided if you are self-isolating. Please be assured that our teams will not be offended if you do not want any direct contact when they are on site and all contact can be via email and telephone.
